Privacy Policy – Robo-Restaurant

Updated: 2026-10-06

This policy applies to the Robo-Restaurant mobile app distributed through Google Play and, when available, the Apple App Store.

The following statement concerns local gameplay; voluntary feedback and email are covered separately below.

High Path Development does not collect, receive or share personal data through the game's features. The app has no ads, in-app purchases, online accounts, analytics, tracking, automatic crash reporting, LAN server connection or cloud saves operated by us.

Player names, game saves and settings are stored locally on your device to run the game and remain there until deleted. You may use a nickname. Delete player saves in the game; to remove all local data, clear the app's storage in Android settings or delete the app and its data on iOS. Delete any exported files separately.

Depending on your device and settings, the operating system may back up app data or transfer it to other devices. You manage those backups through the relevant system provider; we cannot access them.

Privacy contact: contact@highpathdev.com. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send to handle your request; this is separate from the game's local storage.

Voluntary feedback and email

You can voluntarily send feedback using our form or by email to feedback@highpathdev.com. High Path Development processes your message, app identifier, category and language to handle your feedback, fix problems and, if requested, reply. The app identifier identifies the app, not you or your installation. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

The form requires an email address only if you request a reply. Sending us an email also discloses your sender address, message and any attachments. Optional technical details, if supplied by the app, may include app/build version, device model, operating system, language, screen and browser/WebView details. You can inspect them in the collapsed technical-details section and disable their transmission before submitting.

Form submissions are stored in WordPress and the complete report is forwarded to our feedback mailbox. Hosting and email providers process data to operate these services, including connection data such as IP addresses. A short-lived pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address is used to limit spam. Feedback is therefore not guaranteed to be anonymous. Form entries are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; feedback emails are deleted 90 days after the request is closed, unless legal retention duties require otherwise. Backup copies expire according to the provider's backup cycle. We may retain anonymized feedback for longer to improve our apps, only after removing information that could identify a person, including identifying details in free text.

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on our legitimate interests in handling feedback, improving our apps and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)); contractual support requests are handled under Article 6(1)(b). Providing feedback is optional and is not required to play. For applicable rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, contact contact@highpathdev.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
